The Dilly Duck Shop is a New England kitchen inspired by the craft and cuisine New England.   

We make everything right here:  sandwiches made from house rotisserie roasted meats, fresh salads, soups, bakery treats, locally roasted espresso and coffee, and our signature lemon fizzes. Add our chef selected craft beer & wine list and you have a fantastic experience!

So What's A "Dilly Duck Shop"?

Short for workshop, “Shop” is where our craft meets art.  We love to blend solid cooking technique with a touch of creativity to fashion an atmosphere of discovery and festive cheer.

As for “The Dilly Duck”, its just a funky little duck that embodies our Connecticut spirit:  industrious, refined, and splendidly proud. 

Do You Serve Duck?

Short answer:  Sometimes!

We love to cook yummy food that excites our guests and reflects our locality.  That of course, includes the occasional perfectly roasted duck.  Visit us & check our blackboards for seasonal specials and our Chef Select offerings.  

ABOUT THE CHEF

A Connecticut native, Russ is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over 10 years experience in fine dining and gourmet catering.  His intention in creating The Dilly Duck Shop is to offer chef created scratch-made foods in a warm and welcoming environment infused with the spirit of New England.
